If you are not completely satisfied with your flute for any reason, simply return it in its original condition within 10 days for a prompt and cheerful refund. This should allow you ample opportunity to examine the instrument and get acquainted with it. The shipping costs back to me are the customer's responsibility. The Limited Lifetime Guarantee covers any defects due to workmanship. If any such should occur, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the flute at no cost to you. Expressly not covered in this Lifetime guarantee are problems caused by extreme heat or cold (due to leaving the flute in a car on a hot day, for example) and obvious mishandling of the flute. |
